Once your order is received, our team will verify your details and confirm the availability of the items at our warehouse/s and then process your order.
We strive to keep our inventory up to date on a daily basis however there may be rare occasions when items are on back order and may not be instantly available. We will let you know the ETA and if acceptable to you, we will process the order, replace with a different style code or provide a full refund.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of order directly from our warehouse/s.
Please note our couriers cannot deliver to PO BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS.

All orders are shipped from various warehouses throughout Australia. General shipping times range from 2-4 business days for all in stock items.
We use various freight providers including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway, Star Track, Toll, TNT express and Direct Freight Express.
Once your order has been shipped from one of our warehouses you will receive an email to track your order. This will include Tracking ID Number, name of freight provider and where possible a link so that you can check the status of delivery.
